In Quezon, coconut palms exist in their natural and unadulterated state-free from the negative and detrimental consequences of herbicides, pesticides and other chemical contaminants. Each plantation, as well as the coconut oil extraction process, is certified organic by the USDA. Each and every organic coconut is hand selected and picked fresh from the tree at its peak of flavor, aroma and nutritional value.

One tablespoon contains: Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) (Lauric Acid 6930 mg, Caprylic Acid 1050 mg, Capric Acid 882 mg), Omega-6 Polyunsaturated Fat (Linoleic Acid (LA) 266 mg), Omega-9 Monounsaturated Fat (Oleic Acid 1050 mg).

Suggested use: May be used straight, in cooking, baking, or frying-as a spread on toast or muffins and as a massage/body oil or hair tonic. No refrigeration required.
