At your first visit you will meet with Zina Kroner, DO, Dr. Hoffman's associate, for a consultation and a physical examination. Dr. Kroner will take an extensive history and review any tests that you bring to the visit and order the tests that Dr. Hoffman will need to develop your treatment plan. Many patients also visit with the Center's nutritionist Leyla Muedin for 30 minutes at a fee of $135. The cost of the first visit and physical with Dr. Kroner is $750 and does not include any laboratory fees, allergy testing, IV treatments, supplements, books or anything other than the visit. Although we do not participate with any insurance providers including Medicare, we will be very happy to assist you with any information that your insurance carrier needs to process your claim. We DO NOT guarantee reimbursement.
The second visit takes place about 2-3 weeks later with Dr. Hoffman for a cost of $400. Once again you will meet with our nutritionist but for 45 minutes. The fee for the visit with the nutritionist is $200. As mentioned above, Dr. Hoffman will develop a treatment plan for you and then you will return in one month. Subsequent Follow-up visits with Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Kroner are $250. Subsequent 30 minute sessions with the nutritionist are $135. ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ANNUAL EXAM at the Hoffman Center for a fee of $600 with Dr. Hoffman or with Dr. Kroner. This is a two-part visit which includes a consultation and physical; and then a followup visit to discuss any test results.
All patients are required to have a primary care physician as Dr. Hoffman is not affiliated with a hospital.
