Ester-C

by PhysioLogics

Ester C is an advanced 'body-ready' form of vitamin C that is easily digested and quickly absorbed by the body. This blend of non-acidic mineral ascorbate and vitamin C metabolites synergistically speeds intracellular absorption and maximizes the utilization of vitamin C in the body. Vitamin C is one of the body's best known and most important antioxidants, and has a variety of beneficial effects. It is critical to immune function and plays an important role in the formation of collagen – the protein of connective tissue, cartilage and tendons. It is a powerful antioxidant and protects other vitamins such as E and A from oxidation. It also promotes the absorption of iron, calcium and magnesium in the body and works with the B vitamins to promote the proper utilization of proteins. This important water-soluble vitamin cannot be manufactured by the body so must be regularly obtained from the diet.

Maintain optimum vitamin C levels with Ester C – a form of vitamin C that can be easily absorbed and used efficiently by the body. Ester C delivers:

  • A highly bioavailable form of vitamin C The ability to increase intracellular vitamin C levels more efficiently than other forms of ascorbic acid

  • A buffered form of vitamin C for easier digestion*
