It is valuable for GI enterocytes, conserves muscle glycogen stores and can stimulate growth hormone production. One capsule contains: L-Glutamine 500 mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate. This nutrient is of the highest quality and purity obtainable, is free of all common allergens (antigens), and does not contain preservatives, diluents, or artificial additives. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
