One capsule contains: Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Extract (seed) 300 mg, yielding Silymarin 240 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, vegetable stearate, vegetable cellulose, water.

This product is vegetarian and free of citrus, corn, egg, gluten, milk, sodium, soy, wheat, yeast, added sugars, synthetic dyes, artificial flavorings and preservatives.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch or as directed by your health care practioner.
