Grimaldy, receptionist
Grimaldy is a receptionist at the Hoffman Center. One of her duties is to greet the patients, set up the appointments and explain fees and policies to persons interested in becoming patients. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology which enhances her excellent customer service skills. You may also meet Grimaldy when you buy vitamins. She assists Rose in the supplement separtment.
Liz, patient coordinator
Liz wears two hats at the medical center. She coordinates patients' visits and communication with the medical staff. She explains fees and instructs clients on testing procedures.
Rosmery, manager of dispensary
Rose manages the dispensary where patients and the general public can inquire about and purchase supplements. She will assist you in placing and tracking orders in person, over the phone or via the internet. Her goal is to make customers' experience hassle free and pleasant.
Dindial, laboratory technologist
Dindial runs the laboratory at the Hoffman Center. He performs sophisticated blood tests that are not available in most commercial laboratories.
Carolina, supervising manager of med tech department
Carolina is charged with supervising and organizing all of the details of the medical technology at the Hoffman Center. She is also the phelbotomist at the practice. Carolina draws the blood for lab work and helps to monitor Glucose Tolerance Tests and IV infusions. When one of the medical staff orders an EKG or Body Composition test, Carolina may be the staff member performing those tests.
Laurie, radio producer
Laurie produces Health Talk, booking guests and reviewing the medical news for each day. She answers listener email when it requires very short answers.
Seleina, web master
Seleina, former manager of the Supplement Department, is responsible for keeping the website up to date. She edits the information at the online store and links products to articles. If you download a pdf from drhoffman.com, Seleina is the person who put it there for you.
