One capsule contains: Thiamin (as thiamin Hydrochloride) 25 mg, Riboflavin (as Riboflavin 5-Phosphate) 25 mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) 75 mg, Vitamin B6 (97% as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and 3% as Pyridoxal-5-Phospahte) 51.5 mg, Folic Acid 200 mcg, Vitamin b12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg, Biotin 100 mcg, Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) 125 mg. Choline Bitartrate 125 mg, Inositol 50 mg, PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) 50 mg. Other ingedients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
