by Vitaline Formulas Vitamin B12 functions as a methyl donor and works with folic acid in the synthesis of DNA and red blood cells; it is vitally important in maintaining the health of nerve cells. Deficiencies of B12 can sap energy and concentration and dangerously raise homocysteine, a risk factor for circulatory disease. One tablet contains: Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 2.5 mg. Other ingredients: Mannitol, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Suggested use: Adults take 1 tablet daily: dissolve in mouth or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
