Suggested use: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals for 4 weeks. Thereafter, 1 capsule twice daily for 3 months. If necessary increase to 1 capsule 3 times daily. Children ages 10 to 12 years old take 1 capsule twice daily with meals for 4 months, or as directed by a health care professional.
