Ashwaganda 500 mg: 1 twice daily

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6) 50 mg: two twice daily

Vitamin D3 1000 IU: 1 twice daily
EGCG Ultra 70%: 1 twice daily
Transfer Factor: 2 twice daily
