An Intelligent Nutrition Concept: Defensive Eating

Wednesday, July 1

The topic of my last lecture was The End of Overeating and Food Addiction, where I gave you the reasons why we overeat, become addicted to certain foods, and how to address and overcome it.

Now, in an effort to augment that information, I want to expand and elaborate on the proven and practical strategies to combat overeating.  So….

The topic of my next lecture on July 14th is Strategies to Combat Overeating and Food Addiction:  A Nutritional Approach.  This presentation is designed to be a comprehensive, no-stone-unturned approach to addressing and successfully changing eating behavior.  It involves a concept I’m calling Defensive Eating.  You’ve heard of defensive driving, right?

Reservations are a must so please call (212) 779-1744 to reserve your seat.  I look forward to seeing you there!
