Vitamin B-12

by Vitaline Formulas

Vitamin B12 functions as a methyl donor and works with folic acid in the synthesis of DNA and red blood cells; it is vitally important in maintaining the health of nerve cells. Deficiencies of B12 can sap energy and concentration and dangerously raise homocysteine, a risk factor for circulatory disease.

One tablet contains: Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 2.5 mg.

Other ingredients: Mannitol, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested use: Adults take 1 tablet daily: dissolve in mouth or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Note: Tablet can also be swallowed whole.
